To be able to view frame by frame an animated Gif is not a task of typical Gif viewers and players, but of an image editor able to handle animated gif image videos or an actual video editor. All browsers can usually play animated gifs as well. I'll have to explore these other options, i was looking for a simple player mode, where these look like i might have to convert them over into making my own GIFs from the GIFS i have downloaded.
